We were given this very old vacuum pump. It has original wooden wheels with a handle for moving it, an upright vacuum tank, electric motor and vacuum pump with a small oil bowl on the outlet pipe. It has the gauge and adjustment valve on the top of the reserve tank. It was barn red at one time and I think that it is original paint. It isn't a Surge - might it be an old Babson Pump? Or did I just encounter a well made, homemade pump? I would like to know whether we need to put more oil in the bowl and what kind to use. Diane
